The season is upon us finally as the school year approaches. We're gearing up for our first practice and are very excited to see all the new faces out there to ride with us!
For all, lets start thinking about Goals for the season. Goals can mean winning a race, just simply racing, improving skill, making friends, or anything you could hope to gain from this season. We're gonna make this season the best ever.

Technique Clinic #1
This Saturday was the 1st Monarch Mountain Bike Club event at Valmont Bike Park in Boulder, CO. Attendance was light, but showed hope for improvement. Sadly our other team captain was not able to make it due to prior engagements but she was dearly missed. I myself learned many new techniques for cornering and braking, as well as proper positioning on the bike. All of this knowledge was skillfully shown by our AMAZING coach Mr. Linnenberger. Overall this event was a great 1st step toward building team spirit and proper bike handling skillz!

Lets Build a Team
For three years mountain bike club has been coasting along. This year lets build a team, a community, a love of cycling for monarch students. "Get Kid Outdoors" -Mr. Linnenberger. Lets do something amazing.
